MASSES AT ST JOSEPH’S MALVERN

As a result of the State Government’s announcement on Wednesday 7th July 2021 regarding the reduction of density requirements it is now possible to potentially have 150 people in the Church for Masses, Funerals and Weddings. Masks are still required to be worn unless an exemption applies. Please refer to page 3 for further details.

RETURN TO CABRINI CHAPEL FOR SATURDAY EVENING MASS

Mass on Saturday evening at 6.00pm will return to Cabrini Chapel commencing this Saturday 10th July 2021. All who wish to attend are most welcome and are required to use the QR Code upon entry into the Chapel. This is in addition to what is required upon entry into the hospital itself.

BOOKINGS FOR CHURCH, HALL OR MEETINGS ROOMS

Anyone wanting to book either the Church, Hall or Meeting Rooms is asked to ring and confirm the booking with the Parish Office first.

FIRST AID/FIRE SAFETY/DEFIBRILLATOR

As part of keeping everyone safe in our Church I am looking for parishioners who are trained in either First Aid or Occupational Health and Safety and who would be willing to make themselves available should the need ever arise in the areas of First Aid and Fire Safety at our Sunday Masses. Please contact me on either 94016391 or email agibson@stjosephsmalvern.org.au should you be able to help.

A defibrillator is now in the Church and is situated close to where parishioners enter the Church via the ramp. The defibrillator is there should an emergency arise which cannot wait for the ambulance to arrive. As the defibrillator comes with both written and spoken instructions no formal training is necessary.
